Q: Can I get replacement Dust Covers for my scope?
A: Yes. Contact us by phone, fax or email with your name, address & scope model for quick processing.

Q: What do I do if my BSA Scope malfunctions?
A: Send it to BSA Optics, Inc. Service Center at 1475 S. Sam Houston Blvd., Houston, MO 65483 for repair or replacement.

Q: What do I do if the cross hairs have rotated in my scope?
A: Return it to BSA & follow the warranty procedures.

Q: What is the warranty period on BSA products?
A: It is either Limited Lifetime Warranty or 1 Year Limited Warranty depending on the model of scope purchased.

Q: What should I do if the RD30 is fogged for the first time and used in the rain?
A: Return the RD30 to BSA and follow warranty procedures for repairs or replacements.
