Have purchased 3 of this model BSA in last 5 months. All are mounted on centerfire rifles that could be described as having a low to medium recoil. Optics are quite clear and bright to me at all powers and from edge to edge. As for windage/elevation adjustments, they could have a more positive click/feel to them, but are acceptable and they have tracked well for me. I only shoot paper at range, so each of mine have had a fair number of rounds shot with them mounted. No problems with them.
