I recently came into a nef handi rifle in .223. The rifle came with a 3x9x40 simmons that just wasnt working for me at 100 yards nevermind 300-400 which is where I need a 223 to be on for me. I found this B.S.A. SCOPE ON E-BAY for a good price,it took me two boxes of 55 grain to get zeroed but I wouldnt take a brand new leopold for it now. I am hitting a pack of cigretts at 300 yards. Outstanding B.S.A.

I'm a retired US Marine and still quite active in various forms of Marksmanship. Over the past ten years or so, I've tried almost 50 different rifle scopes from what seemed like as many different brands. But after my research and experience, I've come to settle purely on BSA scopes for a number of reasons - but mostly because of the unequaled price/performance ratio (they're that good for a pittance of what you pay for other brand scopes)!
The other day I purchased 3 of these 3-9x40 Mil-dot Rifle Scopes because they were being sold at such a low price (at first I thought it was misprint, but...I got these for a price that was unbelievable).
I could not believe the quality, build-level, and most of all - the optical quality of these scopes. I placed one on my Masterpiece Arms .45 ACP Carbine, while another was put on the Thureon Defense 9 MM carbine. Wow - the groups I was getting at 50 and 100 yards were superb. The thing about BSA scopes that is oftentimes, they zero in so pr

Great scope have mine on a .270 win I think its
one of the finest scopes I've ever owned. The
accuracy is dead on my longest shot has been
300 yds. and put groups within a 2 inch circle.
I would definately recomend this scope to anybody
hunter or match shooter

Bought and mounted one of these on my H&R/N.E.F. "Ultra Varminter" in .204 Ruger last year. Added a bipod as at age 62, its just a "bit much" weight to heft & obtain good offhand shooting results. But, prone or from a bench... Badgers B E W A R E!! This combo has taken 3 of them so far and, that was late in the shooting season last year. This year, I've had more time to work with it and, am hoping to get even more spectacular results. Mil-Dot is a great aid in estimating ranges and, the 1/8th minute adjustment is just what the doctor ordered for the longer ranges I hope to work at with this setup this year. I agree with another of the reviewers here, though, in that both my AO and Power adjustment rings are quite tight. Maybe they'll "ease" a bit with use. Can't beat it for the price; not even with a stick!

I'v Had 1 of these for some time now, I put it on my Custom L461 Sako Hunting gun in .223Rem with 1-7Twist Took it out to the Big Bore Club zeroed at 300m and shot "F" class 300m shoot (My first time)With 62GrMil Spec Ammo and shot a 56 out of 60 and beat most of the pro's, They were all having a laugh at my hunting gun but stopped after the first 4 shots were all V bull's. Loved it{:>) on the Down side the adjustment AO is to stiff to use while laying prone other than that its great, I would like a higher powered version of the same, Oh and the 1/8th click is handy for fine tuning at long range also, thats a Plus overall I love it,cost me less than a $100 Bucks, Cheers Greg Hull Australia
