I scored this online for little to nothing. Didn't expect it to hold up or hold zero that well, but it does great. I have it on an M&P 15-22 as a quick target acquisition style sight, and it's fun to plink around all day with this guy.

Grandson killed first deer with a borrowed gun that had this scope. Bought the same gun to give him for Christmas. Can't find this same scope. Hope the one I bought will do as good a job as the GD30.

Picked one up years ago to put on my paint ball gun, the gun broke first. I then on a sks with a folding stock, the stock wore out first. It is back on the rifle with a new (proper) stock.

I purchased two rd 30 one for my M&P 15/22 & one for my GSG 5SD love thm..
REVIEW BY: Handyman Saturday, April 18, 2009
Getting old means open sights aren't my favorite anymore. I haven't tried the GD30 "live" yet but sighting it in was a convincer - shot pattern was centered in a 3" circle at 50 yards and I could see the hits behind the dot while firing. No more fuzzy sights and no scope tube to line up.

As a State Trooper who has to buy his own optics,,,I have used this sight for years...Maintains zero...Works in all weather...What more can u ask for...Further, the dot is Minute-of- eight ring on a B-27 target out to 300 yards....great sight
