Getting old means open sights aren't my favorite anymore. I haven't tried the GD30 "live" yet but sighting it in was a convincer - shot pattern was centered in a 3" circle at 50 yards and I could see the hits behind the dot while firing. No more fuzzy sights and no scope tube to line up.

As a State Trooper who has to buy his own optics,,,I have used this sight for years...Maintains zero...Works in all weather...What more can u ask for...Further, the dot is Minute-of- eight ring on a B-27 target out to 300 yards....great sight

i bought this spring used it all summer. nice sight! my two boys love it. good for teaching young shooters. my youngest has a problem with a dominate eye he learn to shoot left handed with this sight.
